Welcome to Purrfect Cats Glasgow

My name is Grant Lindsay and I am the owner and operator of Purrfect Cats Glasgow. I've cared for a variety of cats with different personalities and needs. As you can see from the pictures, I have two cats of my own, with two very different characters. Chichi is very playful, and requires lots of attention, whereas, Nu Nu is quiet and likes his own space.

I have experience administering oral and subcutaneous medicines. As I take care of Nunu's diabetes on a daily basis using blood sugar monitoring, a specialist diet, and insulin injections. So please feel relaxed knowing that I have experienced the unexpected problems that arise when caring for cats. I will strive to make the correct decisions for your cat's welfare and aim to provide excellent standards of care while you're away.

I use an unmarked vehicle and do not wear a uniform.  I want to give the impression that your home is occupied to deter criminals. I hold a current Disclosure Scotland Certificate, issued from Central Government & Police Records.This verifies that I have no criminal cautions or convictions. Purrfect Cats Glasgow is fully insured for public liability, key cover, care, custody & control.

Diabetic Cat Care

I am listed on the Diabetic Cat Register and offer non-veterinary advice to individuals with diabetic cats. 

I can provide a home visit service to diabetic cats for short  business trips or if you expect that you will be late home to administer injections. I take diabetic cats on a case by case basis. So please contact me to discuss your cats' needs, to see whether they are suitable for home visits.
